Map the physical sequence of your triggers so you can catch them before they take over. Understand why you react the way you do and how to interrupt the loop at the body level.
Expand your window of tolerance. Build the ability to hold more, feel more, and stay present with difficult experiences without your system crashing or shutting down.
Bring it all together. Apply nervous system awareness to relationships, daily life, and long-term habits. Design a sustainable practice that keeps you regulated after the program ends.
